Remote Desktop Control program is distributed on a Try Before You Buy basis. You can download and evaluate it absolutely free. The evaluation version will only work for a trial period (30 days). The trial is fully functional.

If the program meets all your requirement and you decide to keep it after the trial period, you will need to purchase a registration key. The evaluation version becomes registered when you enter a registration key.

Remote Desktop Control is licensed on a per computer basis. The minimum number of licenses is 2. You may use every module (host, admin or both) on each licensed computer. There is a large discount for multiple licenses, for example, a license for 10 computers costs less then separate licenses for 8 computers. See the price matrix below...

You can purchase the registration key on-line either by credit card, bank transfer or check. Ordering by Phone, FAX, and Postal mail is also available, just follow the ordering instructions. An invoice is available for printing on the last page of the ordering process.

Computers quantity:

Customers who register the current version (1.9) will be entitled to free minor updates. Major updates (2.x to 3.x, for example) may not be free. We will notify our registered customers about updates via email.

Most users receive a registration key via email immediately after purchasing. But sometimes the order may not pass the automatic fraud check system. In that case, the delivery can be delayed up to 12 hours (depending on your time zone) so that we may process the order manually. If you haven't received the registration key during this period, please contact our sales department as soon as possible.

• Single license authorizes the use of the software on a single computer. A client part, a server part, or both parts simultaneously.
• Moving of the licensed software to another computer is allowed only if the previous computer is being written off.
• Publication, transferral or unauthorized selling of the registration information, or some part of it, cancels the license.
• Minor updates are usually free. Major updates (1.x to 2.x version) might not be.
• We don't retain any credit card or other payment information. We don't process payments directly. Our authorized partners do this work.
• We refund money (during the 30-day period after purchasing) only if a problem occurs with our software and it is confirmed. We don't refund orders for more than 5 licenses. Please test the software compatibility before purchasing multiple licenses.

You will receive your registration via email or on CD. You should apply the registration key on each computer where the program is used. The evaluation version becomes registered when you enter the registration key (so there's no need to re-download or re-install the program).

You can enter the registration key in few ways:

• Your registration e-mail has the "regkey.txt" or "apc_key.bin" file in the attachment. Simply save this file into a folder where the Admin Module has been installed.
• Run Admin Module. Click on "Enter Registration Code" menu item. A key input form will appear. The registration key is too long, so don't try to type it manually. Use the clipboard to copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the key.

The registered program doesn't show a trial reminder on startup. So if you do everything right, you shouldn't see that reminder anymore, and your registration information will appear in the About dialog.
